Paula went above and beyond! She had just gone through a training class on these companies that will buy a house in cash on your behalf, and then you buy it back (Ribbon, Homeward, Orchard, etc).
Had she not passed this information on, I am convinced I never would have found a house. Cash is the only way to go here in DFW! She checked in frequently with the company I went with to make sure I was being taken care of, and fought hard on my behalf.
